DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Please make sure I can ship to your country before placing an order. If your delivery address is in any of the countries I cannot ship to, your order will be canceled.
**Any international import taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee.**
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Current processing times are 1-2 weeks. Please allow up to 2 weeks for me to process your order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
These time frames are an ESTIMATE. Please keep in mind that mail delays may occur. These estimates are for after the product has shipped and does not include the processing time.
US Domestic orders: allow 1-2 weeks
International orders: allow 4-6+ weeks
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you chose First Class Package, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number. You can check the status of your package through the USPS website.
If your orders contain only stickers and is shipped via First Class Letter Mail, there is NO TRACKING number available. I will not be held responsible for any lost mail and will NOT be issuing any refunds or replacement packages shipped via First Class Letter Mail.
Please allow for a few days for your tracking information to appear! It may take the post office a few days to scan the package into their system.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS! CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
If you have not received an email regarding shipment of the order, please email me at drawnbyivy@gmail.com with your order number and provide the correct address. If you have already received a shipping notification email, I have already shipped your order out and there is nothing I can do (。•́︿•̀。)
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
If you have not received the tracking information within 14 business days of your order being shipped (not purchased), email me at drawnbyivy@gmail.com for assistance. Please refer to your tracking information for updates regarding shipping as it is out of my control once we drop the package off at the post office.
If you order has been marked as "delivered" and you cannot find it, please check in with your neighbors and local post office before reaching out to us for support.
MY ORDER IS MARKED AS "RETURN TO SENDER"?
If the packaged has been returned to us and the shipping address you provided was correct, we will re-ship the package once at no extra cost to you. However, if you need to update the shipping address or require us to re-ship it a second time, we will charge for the shipping costs.
